The mission of X-Roads Warriors F.C. is to provide a healthy environment where youngsters of all ages, ethnic and religious backgrounds will be able to learn the necessary football and social skills, along with moral and ethical values, which will ensure their success.
Our club motto is Knowledge, Faith, and Victory
Our goal is to help produce honest, reliable, hardworking citizens who have the social, academic and leadership skills to make significant contributions to their families, friends and community. We seek to provide a viable vehicle to enable football players to play at the highest level whether as local amateurs, collegiate athletes or as overseas professionals.
The X-Roads philosophy to player development is to utilize small sided games to develop skillful players who can handle the ball in tight spaces and have the confidence and freedom to play without fear. We seek to develop players who work hard on and off the field and have a “Warrior” mentality of never giving up no matter what the circumstances may be. We aim to develop players who have pride in themselves, their team and foster true respect amongst one another. Our aim is to develop players that have all the necessary skills to play at their highest level possible. Combining these attributes together we look to develop a “X-Roads Warriors” player that is:
